Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. This room has a number of surprises in store because it is adaptable when your child grows. This way you can turn the cot into a beautiful toddler bed when he or she is about 2 years. This way you really enjoy your purchase for many years and you save a nice amount.
The baby changing unit with drawers has a nice, spacious top.There are three deep drawers in which you can store all wipes and diapers within easy reach. The drawers are mounted on so-called 'soft-close' rails. These rails ensure that the drawers hang firmly in the chest of drawers and close in a controlled manner
You first build this baby bed as a cot in the size 140 x 70 cm with the bottom in the highest position. The bottom is adjustable to two different heights and you gradually move it down. As soon as your child tries to climb over the edge, put the slatted base in the lowest position. After a year or two, a whole new phase begins when you convert the cot into a sturdy toddler bed in which your child can sleep until their fifth or sixth birthday.
We recommend our foam mattress in the size 140 x 70 cm for the cot.
The convertible cot bed and the changing table from this collection have a water-based coating. The surface is therefore colorfast and resistant to chemical influences from, for example, lotion, oils and cleaning agents.
