Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing. Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. A sturdy cot that grows with your baby. The cot is size of 140 x 70 centimetres and has a solid and timeless appearance due its white colour with wooden details.
This cot is suitable for your baby from birth until they are around 6 years old. A single purchase that will last for years to come
Like all soon-to-be parents, you should start assembling the cot in plenty of time before baby’s arrival. With its sides in place, the cot, should be positioned in the baby's room ready to use. Position the slatted base at the highest setting with the cold foam mattress resting on top. The adjustable base makes things easier because then you don't have to bend over constantly when lifting your child in and out of bed. The day you find your little one starting to pull at the bars (and this comes around sooner than you think!), it's time to lower the slatted base of the baby bed down one setting.
Once you reach the "toddler stage", it is important to stay alert in case your toddler tries to climb over the bars. In order to prevent falls and painful accidents, we recommend removing both sides of the cot once your child is between 24 and 36 months of age, turning your cot into a spacious toddler bed. Your child can then enjoy sleeping soundly in their new bed for at least another two to three years.
