A new baby gift should feel personal and stay useful beyond the first few weeks. Our collection includes pieces that can become part of everyday family life: a knitted cot blanket for the pram or cot, a play gym that encourages early discovery, or a wooden balance bike for adventures as they grow.
For even more inspiration, browse our full curated gift collection or explore the complete range of wooden and Montessori toys.
Soft, gentle materials make all the difference in those early months. Our bedding and swaddles are made from 100% organic muslin and jersey cotton, GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified for everyday comfort. For playtime, our wooden toys are made from materials such as birch, beech and poplar and finished with water-based, child-friendly paint..
0–9 months: play gyms, contrast Montessori kits, organic muslin sheets and blankets
From 12 months: wooden walkers, pull-alongs and balance bikes
Our palette stays soft and timeless, making it easy to find a gift for a baby girl or baby boy, from calming sage greens to warm neutrals. Coordinate your gift with the rest of the room through our nursery essentials, or choose something they can continue to enjoy into the toddler years. Matching colours and materials also make it easy to add to their collection over time.
For the very first months, soft organic textiles and gentle play are welcome choices: an organic cotton blankets suits ages 0–2 years, and a play gym engages a baby from birth up to around six months. Age-staged Montessori kits also begin at 0–3 months with high-contrast pieces designed for early eyes.
Our organic cotton blankets are machine washable at up to 40°C, without bleach or tumble drying. Always check the care label on individual items for the recommended wash temperature. Wooden toys should never be soaked or submerged; simply wipe them with a damp cloth. Fabric play-gym accessories can be machine washed at 30°C.
Several pieces are made to grow with a child. The wooden «Noyer» balance bike converts through four configurations from a tricycle to a two-wheeler and suits ages 1–3 years, while wooden walkers and pull-alongs are designed from 12 months. These keep giving well past a baby's first weeks.
Yes. Each Montessori play kit includes a QR code guide to help you use the pieces at the right stage. The 0–3 months set, for example, arrives as a five-piece box with a high-contrast plush ball, a mobile, contrast cards, a play cube and a silicone rattle.
