Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing. Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. At least one fitted sheet around the mattress is of course indispensable. Has your little one not slept very long without a diaper? ..Keep in mind that 'accidents' will always happen. In that case, a moisture-resistant mattress protector extends the life of the mattress and provides extra hygiene. A breathable mattress protector is ideal for children who still sleep safely with a diaper. You can change it quickly and wash it easily. If you opt for a toddler duvet (preferably in size 150x120 or equivalent), keep in mind that your toddler will eventually need a toddler pillow. Then choose a complete set consisting of a toddler pillow and duvet.As far as styling is concerned, you can go all out with a nice duvet cover set, possibly combined with a nice bedspread or blanket. Finish it off with beautiful pillows and the nursery is complete!
