Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

With this complete 3-piece Bocca set, you are ready in one go with a cot, a chest of drawers and a children's wardrobe. By choosing this baby room, you can be sure of a pleasantly furnished nursery for a very long time.
This nursery set has three parts:
The dimensions of this cot bed are 140 x 70 cm. After +/- 2 years, the baby bed can easily be converted into a toddler bed. You start with the base set to the highest setting so you can easily lift your child out of the bed without putting too much strain on your back.
When your child is about 8 or 9 months old, it's time to pay attention. As soon as your child starts pulling up on the bars of the cot, you will have to lower the bed base one or two positions.
If your child starts to stand up, it is better to remove one side of the cot immediately to turn it into a toddler bed. This way, your little one can't fall hard over the edge of the bed.
It is also possible to remove two sides of the bed. This leaves you with a toddler bed with a high head and foot end.
Note: This bed needs a well-fitting mattress of 140x70 cm so that no dangerous gaps are left!
The Bocca chest of drawers is extra spacious and extra high. So a very practical piece of furniture for the baby's room.
