Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

The Étoile baby room consists of a 70x140cm cot with a 3-setting adjustable slatted base that is easy to convert into a toddler bed. This allows your child to sleep in it until he or she is about 6 years old. In addition, there is a chest of drawers including a removable surface extender and soft-close drawers. And finally, a spacious and high (206 cm) children's wardrobe, the doors of which are also fitted with the soft-close system.
The furniture is all designed for years of intensive use. A room like this can easily last several 'rounds'.
This beautifully finished bay cot bed is 140x70 cm in size. When your toddler is almost 2 years old, you can easily convert the cot into a toddler bed where your child can sleep until he or she is about 6 years old.
This cot bed adapts to the growth phases of your child:• I Baby cot, the bottom in the highest settingNewborn baby: adjust the base to the highest setting so that you can easily lift your baby in and out of the bed without straining your back.• II Baby crawls and starts pulling himsef/herself upLower the base so that your baby cannot fall out of the cot. If your child starts to stand up, put the base in the lowest setting. • III Assemble the toddler bedIs your toddler ready for a bigger bed? The chest of drawers comes with a detachable extender. Many parents choose to use a table-top extender because it allows them to change their babies lengthwise. Without the extender, the changing mat is placed sideways on the dresser, so that you can change your baby from the side, as it were. By placing the changing mat lengthwise, you also maintain the best position for your own body. It's nice when you are changing all those nappies! When your child is potty-trained, you can dismantle the extender and you have a beautiful chest of drawers with soft-close drawers. He/she won't get his/her fingers between the drawers.
This wardrobe offers plenty of space with its height of 2 meters, 4 shelves, and 2 hanging rails. You also don't have to worry about fingers getting in between the doors, the doors are equipped with a soft-close system, which makes them close slowly and softly.
The construction of the baby wardrobe is super solid. Even if you have to move to a new house,after the move the wardrobe will still be very solid.
In terms of construction and use of materials, this baby room is designed for long-term, intensive use. Brothers, sisters, family or other children can easily enjoy it a second time in the future. The components of the Étoile baby room are all produced with high-quality, computer-controlled machines. The dimensions of the parts are therefore very dimensionally stable. This in turn benefits the overall strength and quality of the furniture.
