The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

It is not possible to schedule the delivery date. However, if you place an order before 14:00, your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. If you place an order after 14:00, your order will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 1-3* working days, or 2-5* working days, depending on the item you have ordered.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

No problem, you will receive a notification card with a parcel reference number on it. You can find out where your parcel is using this number. To arrange a redelivery of your parcel(s), please follow the instructions on the card. You can also look at the tracking details on the courier website, sometimes more information can be found if you contact them directly.

Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.

Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

The wooden chest of drawers, Étoile, is a unique design by Petite Amélie available in three stylish shades. This version has an off white shade, which is slightly cooler than creamy white. In any case, the color can be combined well with other white tones such as RAL 9001, 9003, 9010, 9016.

A big advantage of this chest of drawers is that the removable changing table topper is included in the price. A changing table topper provides more space and convenience when changing your child, but also provides more safety due to the raised edges. With the changing table topper mounted, you can safely use the changing table until your child weighs 15 kg. (In the Netherlands, children reach a weight of 15 kg on average between 2 1/2 and 3 years.) Without a changing table topper you can of course use the chest of drawers for years to come as a regular chest of drawers.

Because the chest of drawers is nice and wide and high, there is a lot of storage space. The three spacious drawers can be arranged in a practical way and the drawers open and close easily thanks to the soft-close system. This baby room furniture has a fresh, modern design with a subtle retro touch that ensures a warm appearance.

According to the European standard, «ÉTOILE» chest of drawers is a so-called 'class II' chest of drawers. This means that you can use it safely according to this standard - with the surface extender mounted - until your child is 15 kg.

The baby changing table includes a manual with safety instructions. Always follow these before using the baby changing table with drawers and keep the manual for possible later use!

Always ensure that a wooden chest of drawers or cabinet is secured against the wall using the supplied mounting elements.

Combining colors

Traditionally, parents in the UK often opt for a complete baby room set consisting of a bed set, chest of drawers and wardrobe in the same colour. Of course it's also fun to scour Instagram and Pinterest looking for ideas and to combine these yourself. About the assembly

The wooden chest of drawers, Étoile, is delivered unassembled. Fortunately, this piece of furniture comes with a handy mounting system that has been thought through. Each step in the installation manual is packed separately in a bag. This way it remains clear and you immediately have the right parts at hand.

Furthermore, all parts in the box have a sticker with a number on it. This way you can easily recognize parts and you don't accidentally mix them up.

Assembly tip: an Allen key is included with the parts. However, using an electric screwdriver significantly reduces assembly time.
