Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

The size of the cot is 140x70 cm. It also comes with a transformation piece,which you can use to convert the cot into a toddler bed, so you can use it even longer. The chest of drawers has 3 handy drawers and offers a lot of space. For an extra-large work surface, you can order a separate changing table topper. The children's wardrobe has two shelves and a wide rod. You can arrange the inside of the wardrobe according to your own preferences by using a hanging shelf system or baskets, for example. The drawers of the chest and the doors of the wardrobe open and close easily thanks to the soft-close system.

You can use this cot bed until your baby is about 6 years old. When your baby is a newborn, set the base in the highest position so that you can easily get him or her out of the cot. When your little one is about 9 months old and starts to pull himself up, it's time to set the base in the lowest position. When you child is around the age of two, you can remove the sides of the bed and turn it into a nice toddler bed with the included transformation piece. Your child can sleep comfortably in this bed until the age of 6.
Safety tip: For this cot you will have to purchase a well-fitting mattress of 140x70 cm so that there are no dangerous gaps between the bed and the mattress.
This spacious chest of drawers with soft-close system from our Playwood collection is perfect for every nursery. Because you can easily store nappies and other stuff in it. And what's even handier: with a separate changing table topper you can create an even larger work surface and the changing mat will also stay in place better.
This wardrobe of 1.85cm high with two shelves and a large rod can be arranged as you wish. There is enough space for all the clothes or other items you want to put down or hang up. You can also add a hanging shelf system or work with baskets to store all the items you want to get out of sight.
