Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

With our 3-piece baby furniture set Playwood in white you are ready in one go, because this discount set includes a cot bed, baby dresser and a wardrobe. Due to the modern design at the bottom, the furniture gives a nice atmosphere to every baby and/or children's room.
The cot bed has a size of 140x70cm and you will receive a transformation piece with which you can convert the cot into a toddler bed. The chest of drawers has three handy drawers. With our changing table topper you can expand the work surface even more and the changing pad also stays in place. With two shelves and a wide rod, the wardrobe is also an item that is perfect for storing larger items or hanging items. You can design the inside of the wardrobe as you wish with a hanging shelf system or use baskets. Both the drawers of the chest of drawers and the doors of the wardrobe open easily thanks to the soft-close system.
In terms of safety, all furniture meets EN safety standards applicable in Europe.
The baby room consists of three parts:
You can use this baby bed until your child is 6 years old. When your baby is newborn, adjust the slatted base to the highest setting so that you can easily get your child out of bed. When he or she is about 9 months old, it is useful to lower the slatted base. From this age your child can pull himself/herself up by the bars. When your child is two years old, you can remove the sides and turn the cot into a toddler bed with the included transformation piece. Your little one will sleep wonderfully in it until about the age of 6.
Safety tip: For this cot you will have to purchase a well-fitting mattress of 140x70 cm so that there are no dangerous gaps between the bed and the mattress.
This handy chest of drawers from our playwood collection must not be missing in your baby room. It is not only practical with its three spacious drawers, but also user-friendly because the drawers open easily thanks to the soft-close system. This allows you to focus completely on caring for your baby.For an extra large work surface, you can optionally order our Playwood changing table topper, this allows you to place the changing pad lengthwise and still have enough room for other small items that may come in handy when changing.
This practical children's wardrobe with two shelves and a big rod is really nice for all your baby clothes and also larger items fit easily in it. You can also use the wardrobe when your child is older because you can easily adjust the layout yourself by working with a hanging shelf system or with baskets.
