Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

Our white Bosque 3-piece nursery is a mix of Retro and Scandinavian. The beautiful details angled legs with metal accents and mesh fabric upholstery of the baby cot, create a lovely atmosphere in any nursery. The set consists of a cot bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, which allows you to furnish your baby's room in one go.
The convertible cot bed measures 140x70 cm and can be used until your child is about 6 years old. The bottom is adjusted to the highest setting when your baby is born. When your little one starts standing, you lower the bottom to the lowest setting. From the age of 2, remove the sides of the bed and this way you get a nice toddler bed. The chest of drawers with 4 drawers is easy to open thanks to the push-to-open system and has plenty of storage space. You can increase the work surface of the baby chest of drawers even further by ordering a separate matching changing table topper. Whit this changer your little one is also immediately stable.The wardrobe has two doors, two drawers, a shelf and a hanging rail. The push-to-open system makes it easy to open and close again.

In our Bosque convertible cot bed your little one can sleep comfortably until the age of 6. From birth, set the bed base to the highest setting, as this makes it easy to get your baby in and out of the cot. When your little one starts to pull himself/herself up, set the base to the lowest setting. When your child is 2 years old, you can remove the mesh sides to turn it into a toddler bed.
Safety tip: For this cot you will have to purchase a well-fitting mattress of 140x70 cm so that there are no dangerous gaps between the bed and the mattress.
This spacious Bosque chest of drawers is perfect for any nursery. The four spacious drawers open easily thanks to the push-to-open system, which is really nice when your hands are just a bit full. We have also designed a separate, matching changing table topper for this chest of drawers. A changer not only gives you more space on top of the chest of drawers for extra things like nappies and care products, but it also makes it safer for your little one to lie on the chest of drawers.
In our Bosque children's wardrobe with shelves, hanging rails, and two drawers, you can store all the baby stuff you want out of sight for a while. You easily open the doors and drawers via the push-to-open system. This makes this wardrobe a really valuable addition to any nursery.
