Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing. Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. There is nothing better than having your precious newborn close to you while they sleep. This bedside crib is suitable for use with almost any parental bed because it can be adjusted to 9 different heights and comes with various safety belts, it can even be used with box spring bases. Next to the parental bed; the total height from the floor to the top of the mattress, should be between 45-80 cm. 80 cm being the max height possible for safety. See manual for clear images and instructions. The bedside crib is made of untreated and white lacquered solid beech wood and has a lying surface of 45 x 90 cm. The side rail can be raised and lowered which means it can be used as a bedside crib as well as freestanding cot bed.
This co sleeper meets the safety requirements and test procedures for children's furniture and cribs of the safety standard DIN EN 1130:2019&AC:2020.Please note that this bedside sleeper crib is suitable for newborn babies, but please take note, as soon as your baby can pull themselves up, sit up, or get on all fours, it is immediately time for a cot or transitional bed. This is always based on your own childs development, but in most cases can be used up to 6 months.

WARNING
- Do not use this product before reading the instructions.
- Complies with safety standard DIN EN 1130:2019&AC:2020
- This product is suitable only for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over and cannot push themselves up on their hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg.
- Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
- Always fold/raise the lowering side all the way up when the product is not attached to the adult bed.
- Make sure that there is never a gap between the underside of the co-sleeper and the mattress of the adult bed.
- Gaps should not be filled with pillows, blankets or other objects.
- The length and width of the mattress shall be equal to the inner dimensions of the toddler bed 45x90 cm. Not in any position of the mattress shall there be an opening of more than 30mm between the mattress and the inner sides of the toddler bed. The height of the mattress shall not be more than 5 cm.
- The total height from the floor to the top of the mattress of the parental bed should be between 45-80 cm.
