If you're using it at the top of the stairs, it must be screw-mounted for safety. Installation is simple and secure. You can choose pressure mounting or screw mounting depending on the location. In both cases, the included wall cups are required to hold the wooden safety gate for stairs firmly in place. If you use the adhesive pads, press them down firmly to ensure proper bonding. Should the wall cups shift afterwards, they must be fixed using the included screws. The adjustable spindles allow the stair safety gate to fit snugly against walls or frames. Yes, the gate is width-adjustable from 79 to 87 cm. You can easily set it in place using the side-mounted adjustment spindles, so it fits snugly between walls or within a doorway without wobbling or shifting.
Not always. Pressure mounting is suitable for doorways or the bottom of stairs. If you want to use the gate at the top of the stairs, wall mounting with screws is required for optimal safety. Wall cups and screws are included.
If you use the included adhesive pads to attach the wall cups, press them firmly for at least one minute to help the glue bond properly. If the wall cups move afterwards, they must be secured using the supplied screws. Four wood screws are included as standard.

Your order will be delivered by DHL
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.
On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
