Between 10 and 12 months, your baby is beginning to understand how things work and explore with more intention. This Montessori-inspired box includes three thoughtfully chosen toys to support fine motor skills, hand-eye-coordination and growing autonomy. This Play & Grow play kit includes:

Stacking tower: This soft-toned FSC-certified wooden tower with four oval wooden stacking rings to balance and explore is designed to support fine motor skills, problem-solving, hand eye coordination and early size and color recognition.
Tissue discovery box: An FSC-certified wooden box with soft reusable tissues for your baby to pull out, return and explore —supporting fine motor skills, creativity and imagination, logical thinking, hand-eye coordination and focus through interactive play.
Spiral tower: This colourful silicone ball run to build and explore is designed to support hand-eye coordination, focus and early understanding of motion and gravity.

How is this play kit designed to support my baby’s development at 10–12 months?

At this stage, your little one is beginning to understand how things work. This box encourages logical thinking, coordination and early problem-solving through creative, hands-on play to help your little one explore with greater intention and curiosity.

Are these play kits part of a subscription or can I buy them individually?

There is no subscription for our Montessori-inspired play kits. Each one is available as a separate purchase. This gives you as a parent the freedom to choose the box that suits your baby’s current stage, or continue with other boxes as your little one grows, entirely at your and your baby's pace.

Returns

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

Your order will be delivered by DPD or DX, depending on the size or quantity of items ordered. Order before 2:00 PM on working days and your order will be dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse. Please note: no deliveries take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

More Information About the Delivery of Your Order

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

Your order will be delivered by DHL

Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

PO BOXES

We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
