HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The standard delivery time is between 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. You will see this information on the checkout page depending on what you have purchased and where it needs to be delivered.
During festive periods or busy seasons, these times will more than likely increase without any notice, leaving a minimum 2 weeks ahead for delivery, especially over periods like Christmas.
Courier times are not guaranteed and shipping is non-refundable.

CAN I PLAN IN A DELIVERY TIME BEFORE?

It is not possible to schedule the delivery date. However, if you place an order before 14:00, your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-3* working days. For larger items, the standard delivery time is between 2-5* working days. If you place an order after 14:00, your order will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 1-3* working days, or 2-5* working days, depending on the item you have ordered.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

No problem, you will receive a notification card with a parcel reference number on it. You can find out where your parcel is using this number. To arrange a redelivery of your parcel(s), please follow the instructions on the card. You can also look at the tracking details on the courier website, sometimes more information can be found if you contact them directly.

Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.

Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page.
Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

This beautifully finished grey cot bed measures 140x70 cm. When your toddler is almost 2 years old, you can easily convert the cot into a toddler bed where he/she can sleep until they are about 6 years old.

This convertible bed adapts to the growth phases of your child:

• I Baby cot, the bottom in the highest position
Newborn baby: Set the bottom to the highest position so that you can easily lift the baby in and out of the bed without straining your back.

• II Baby crawls and starts to pull up
Set the bottom to a lower position, so that your child cannot fall out of the cot. If your child stands up, put the bottom in the lowest position. You will then see that at some point the bed becomes too small and that your toddler wants to climb out of bed. You can then remove it on one side, so that your child can safely climb in and out of bed without him/her falling out during the night.

• III Assemble the toddler bed
Is your toddler ready for a bigger bed? Disassemble one or two sides as desired and turn the cot into a beautiful box bed-like toddler bed in which your toddler will sleep safely up to six years of age. The mattress shown can be ordered as an option

Baby cot bed «ÉTOILE» is manufactured in accordance with the European standard. This means that you can use it safely according to this standard until your child is about 6 years old.

About the assembly

Étoile convertible cot bed is delivered unassembled. Fortunately, this piece of furniture comes with a handy mounting system that has been carefully considered. Each step in the installation manual is packed separately in a bag. This way it remains clear and you immediately have the right parts at hand.

Furthermore, all parts in the box have a sticker with a number on them. This way you can easily recognize parts and you don't accidentally mix them up.

Assembly tip: an Allen key is included with the parts. However, using an electric screwdriver significantly reduces assembly time.

Over de montage

Meegroeibed Étoile wordt niet-gemonteerd geleverd. Gelukkig zit er bij dit meubel een handig montagesysteem waarover is nagedacht. Iedere stap uit de montagehandleiding is apart verpakt in een zakje. Zo blijft het overzichtelijk en heb je meteen de juiste onderdelen bij de hand.

Verder hebben alle onderdelen in de doos een stickertje met een nummertje er op. Zo kun je onderdelen makkelijk herkennen en haal je ze niet per abuis door elkaar.

Montagetip: bij de onderdelen wordt een inbussleuteltje meegeleverd. Gebruik van een elektrische schroevendraaier verkort de montagetijd echter aanzienlijk.
