You place the mattress protector directly over the mattress, then place a fitted sheet over it. The mattress protector is made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, and has a fitted hem for an easy fit. For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing. Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. Your order will be delivered by DPD or DX, depending on the size or quantity of items ordered. Order before 2:00 PM on working days and your order will be dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse. Please note: no deliveries take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Your order will be delivered by DHL
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.
On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
