With a new bed, you need a new duvet cover set! This set comes in a size of 120 x 150cm and includes a pillow case of 50 x 60cm.

The set is made of 100% organic cotton (GOTS certified) and feels very soft to touch. It has a cool lion print design.

Great Tip: Try to tuck your child in as best as possible, that way they have to make more effort to kick the blankets off during the night and getting cold.
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a worldwide quality mark that sets requirements for the production of organic fibres. For example, they require manufacturers to minimize damage to the environment and working conditions must meet the standards set by the International Labor Organization.

Why is it called organic cotton with a GOTS quality mark?

The difference with normal cotton is that organic cotton is not treated with chemical pesticides. In order for the cotton plant to grow well, it is provided with vegetable and animal waste and insects are used as a pesticide. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a global quality mark that sets requirements for the production of organic fibres. For example, they demand that manufacturers keep the damage to the environment as limited as possible, for example by using a sustainable waste water system and using water and energy efficiently. The working conditions must also meet the standards set by the International Labour Organisation. For example, the right to good, safe and healthy working conditions.

Waarom organisch katoen met GOTS-keurmerk?

Een ander woord voor organisch is biologisch. Het verschil met normale katoen is dat organisch katoen niet bewerkt wordt met chemische bestrijdingsmiddelen. Om de katoenplant goed te laten groeien wordt de deze voorzien van plantaardig en dierlijk afval en worden er insecten ingezet als bestrijdingsmiddel. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is een wereldwijd keurmerk dat eisen stelt aan het produceren van biologische vezels. Zo eisen ze dat fabrikanten de schade aan het milieu zo beperkt mogelijk houden, door onder andere een duurzaam afvalwater systeem te gebruiken en zuinig met water en energie om te gaan. Tevens dienen de arbeidsomstandigheden te voldoen aan de normen welke worden gesteld door de International Labour Organization. Bijvoorbeeld het recht op goede, veilige en gezonde werkomstandigheden.

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.
