    Why choose organic cotton with a GOTS certificate?

    GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. This label means the cotton is grown and processed in a way that’s better for the planet and safer for your child. It also ensures fair working conditions for everyone involved. So, you can feel good knowing your child’s bedding is both gentle and responsibly made.

    How do I care for the duvet cover set?

    The duvet cover and pillowcase are machine washable at 60 °C and can be tumble dried. This makes it easy to keep your child’s bedding fresh and clean, even with everyday use.

    What does the duvet cover set include?

    The set includes a 120 x 150 cm duvet cover and a matching 50 x 60 cm pillowcase. A fitted sheet in the same fabric and colour theme is available separately, so you can complete the look if desired.

    At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

    We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

    Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
    We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

    INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

    Your order will be delivered by DHL


    Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

    As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

    DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

    As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.

    BANK HOLIDAYS

    Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

    PO BOXES

    We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

    MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

    If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available.
    If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.

    WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

    On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
