The white Milenne cot bed measures 140x70 cm. When your toddler is around 2 years old, you can easily convert the cot into a toddler bed in which your child can sleep comfortably until the age of about 4.

This cot bed adapts to the growth phases of your child:

• I Baby cot (0-6 months), the bottom in the highest setting
Newborn baby: put the bottom in the highest setting so you can easily lift the baby in and out of the bed without straining your back.

• II Low-bottom cot (6-24 months)
When your baby starts crawiling and to pull himself/herself up: adjust the bottom to a lower setting so your baby cannot fall out of the cot.

• III Conversion into a toddler bed (2-4 years)
Is your toddler ready for a bigger bed? Dismantle the two sides and turn the cot into a nice toddler bed in which your child will sleep safely until the age of about four.

- Cot configuration (with side fence): for children from birth until the child can climb out unaided.
- Toddler bed configuration (with side removed): From 18 months to 4 years.
Recommended mattress size 70 x 140 cm. The length and width of the mattress may not exceed a gap of 30 mm. Maximum thickness of mattress 10 cm!
Do not use the cot if any part is broken, torn or missing.
WARNING! Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid risk of serious injury the distance between the bed and the wall must always be less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm.
This bed conforms to EN 716-1:2017+AC:2019.

What age is the convertible cot bed suitable for?

The bed is suitable from birth. In the first stage, it’s used as a cot with high rails. When your child is ready for a bit more independence – or starts trying to climb over the rails – you can convert it into a toddler bed. This isn’t just practical, it’s also a safer option. Most children can comfortably use the bed until around the age of 4, depending on their height and development.

Is the bed safe for newborns?

Yes, the cot meets European safety standards. In the highest position, your baby sleeps safely and at a comfortable height for you to lift them in and out. As your little one grows, starts moving more or begins to pull up, we recommend lowering the base. The lowest setting offers the most security at that stage, helping to prevent your child from climbing out of the cot.

Can I easily convert the cot into a toddler bed myself?

Yes, you can. Just remove the side panel to let your little one climb in and out on their own. An easy-to-follow assembly guide is included to help make the conversion simple.
