The «Cocoon» convertible cot bed in natural wood is an oval cot with a classic look and soft, rounded design that makes a beautiful addition to any nursery. Made from solid pine, this wooden cot bed feels sturdy and secure. In the early months, it serves as a snug oval cot with high rails. When your little one is ready for more independence, it easily transforms into a toddler bed with a low guard rail. This rail can be fitted on either the left or right side, depending on your room layout, and the side rail can also be removed if needed. With three adjustable mattress heights, the bed grows along with your child. A matching mattress is available separately and fits the bed perfectly. Our standard toddler bedding is suitable for this mattress.

This growing cot bed is suitable for children from birth until 4 years, depending on the configuration:
- Cot configuration (with side fence): for children from birth until the child can climb out unaided.
- Toddler bed configuration (with side removed): From 18 months to 4 years.
Recommended mattress size 70 x 140 cm. The length and width of the mattress may not exceed a gap of 30 mm. Maximum thickness of mattress 10 cm!
Do not use the cot if any part is broken, torn or missing.
WARNING! Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid risk of serious injury the distance between the bed and the wall must always be less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm.
This bed conforms to EN 716-1:2017+AC:2019.

What age is the convertible cot bed suitable for?

The bed is suitable from birth. In the first stage, it’s used as a cot with high rails. When your child is ready for a bit more independence, you can convert it into a toddler bed. Most children can comfortably use the bed until around the age of 4, depending on their height and development.

Which mattress do I need?

This convertible cot bed requires the matching 70x140 cm «Cocoon» mattress. This mattress has rounded corners to fit the oval shape of the bed perfectly.

Can I easily convert the cot into a toddler bed myself?

Yes, you can. Just remove the side panel to let your little one climb in and out on their own. An easy-to-follow assembly guide is included to help make the conversion simple.
