  • This growing cot bed is suitable for children from birth until 4 years, depending on the configuration:
    • Cot configuration (with side fence): for children from birth until the child can climb out unaided.
    • Toddler bed configuration (with side removed): From 18 months to 4 years.
  • Recommended mattress size 70 x 140 cm. The length and width of the mattress may not exceed a gap of 30 mm. Maximum thickness of mattress 10 cm!
  • Do not use the cot if any part is broken, torn or missing.
  • WARNING! Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid risk of serious injury the distance between the bed and the wall must always be less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm.
  • This bed conforms to EN 716-1:2017+AC:2019.

What is a convertible cot bed and how does it work?

A convertible cot bed is designed to grow with your child, from birth up to around 4 years old, depending on their height and development. Our «Cannelle» model starts as a cot with high rails and a mattress base that adjusts to three heights. As your baby grows, you can lower the base for added safety. When they’re ready for more independence, the cot easily converts into a toddler bed with the included guard rails and removable side panel.

Is the cot bed safe for newborns?

Yes, it meets European safety standards and is suitable from birth. The high mattress position keeps your baby secure while making it easier for you to lift them in and out. As your child grows more active, you can lower the base to prevent climbing.

What mattress fits this cot bed?

Our «Cannelle» cot bed is designed for a 70 x 140 cm mattress. The mattress is not included, but any standard-size mattress of this dimension will fit safely. Maximum mattress height is 10 cm.  To complete the look, the «Cannelle» collection also includes a matching dresser, changing table topper, and wardrobe — perfect for creating a warm and harmonious nursery.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.
