This charming children’s picnic table features built-in sand and water play bins for sensory fun, and two sturdy wooden lids that quickly transform it into an activity or dining surface. Part of our «Provence» collection, it brings a rustic touch to small outdoor spaces. Made from weather-resistant FSC wood and including comfortable seat cushions, this picnic table is ideal for outdoor playtime.

The picnic table is made of Chinese fir wood and finished with a water-based paint. This technique allows the paint to penetrate deeply into the wood, creating a protective layer that improves resistance to corrosion, makes the wood waterproof, and significantly extends its lifespan. It also helps protect effectively against moisture. To avoid mould, do not move the table into a confined, humid space after rain – simply leave it outside to dry naturally in the sunshine and wind.

Note: The accessories shown in the photos, such as cutlery, toys, and placemats, are not included.

    How does the «Provence» picnic table combine play and practicality?
    This 2-in-1 table doubles as a fun sand and water play area and a proper picnic table. The built-in play bins can be filled with sand, water or toys—and once covered, the surface transforms into a space for eating, drawing or crafts. It even includes two soft, weather-resistant cushions for extra seating comfort.
    Is the table easy to clean and store after play?
    Yes! The wooden frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth (mild soap if needed), the foldable and removable plastic bins are easy to rinse or wipe out. Once covered, everything stays neatly stored and mess-free—so your garden stays tidy too.
    Is the picnic table weather-resistant?

    Yes, it’s made from sturdy, weather-resistant FSC wood and designed for outdoor use throughout the seasons.

    However, as wood is a natural material, slight warping or movement may occur over time due to changes in weather and humidity.
    To help preserve its natural finish and extend its lifespan, we recommend placing it in a sheltered spot or covering it during heavy rain or the winter months.

    Can I return a product?

    At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

    We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

    Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
    We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

    INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

    Your order will be delivered by DHL


    Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

    As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

    DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

    As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.

    BANK HOLIDAYS

    Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

    PO BOXES

    We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

    MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

    If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available.
    If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.

    WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

    On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
