The baby changing unit with drawers, Étoile by Petite Amélie, has a special design and is available in three stylish shades. This version comes in a beautiful soft grey colour. A great advantage of this wooden chest of drawers is that the removable changing table topper is included in the price. The changing table topper offers more space and convenience when changing your child and provides extra safety thanks to the raised edges. With the topper in place, you can safely use the changing table until your child weighs 15 kg. (In the Netherlands, children typically reach this weight between 2 1/2 and 3 years old.) Without the topper, you can continue using the chest of drawers for many years as a regular storage unit. The chest of drawers is wonderfully wide and high, offering plenty of storage space. The three spacious drawers can be organised practically and open and close smoothly thanks to the soft-close system. Your order will be delivered by DHL
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.
On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
