Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

The design of the baby changing unit, Cerise, is inspired by the successful toddler bed in this collection. This baby changing table offers plenty of space and comfort with a width of 100cm and a height of 90cm. The depth is 55 cm, which means that you have a lot of space on the surface to store extra care items, such as nappies, creams and wetwipes.
Note: The pictured natural wooden changing table topper is not included and can be ordered as an optional extra. This is optionally also available in all white.
Because the changing table is wide and high, it is pleasant to work on when you change your baby. It is a stylish piece of furniture that is practical to set up thanks to the three drawers and the soft-close system that makes it easy to open and close the drawers. This baby room furniture belongs to the Cerise series, there is also a cupboard and extendable bed available. You can also opt for a 2 or 3 piece set.
This wooden chest of drawers is solid and intended for long-term use, so can be kept for your next baby if need be. As an ordinary wooden chest of drawers - without an extender - you can enjoy it for years to come.
