Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

The Étoile baby room consists of a 140x70 cm cot bed and a matching chest of drawers. Étoile is a beautiful and solid collection of Petite Amélie that fits in every nursery. The baby cot bed has a smart design and can last up to 6 years!
The dresser is equipped with 'soft-close rails' which ensure that the drawers close gently and automatically when you push them closed with your hip or leg. This way you always have your hands free while changing your child's clothes. Even little children's fingers cannot get hurt this way. The chest of drawers also comes with a removable surface extender.

• III Assemble the toddler bedIs your toddler ready for a bigger bed? Remove one or two sides as desired and transform the cot into a beautiful toddler bed in which your toddler will sleep safely until the age of six. The mattress shown can be ordered as an optional extra.
The chest of drawers comes with a detachable surface extender. Many parents choose to use a table-top extender because it allows them to change their baby lengthwise. Without the extender, the changing mat is placed sideways on the dresser, so that you can change your baby from the side, as it were. By placing the changing mat lengthwise, you also maintain the best position for your own body. It's nice when you are changing all those nappies! When your child is potty-trained, you can dismantle the extender and you have a beautiful chest of drawers with soft-close drawers. Your child won't get his/her fingers between the drawers.
