Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

With pretty mesh details and angled legs, our 2-piece nursery Bosque, in a natural wood finish, will add a beautiful look to your nursery. This set includes a convertible cot bed and a chest of drawers, both of which can last a long time.
The cot bed is lined with beautiful mesh fabric on the sides, which provides extra ventilation and also allows you to see your baby lying down immediately. In addition, you can use this cot from birth until your child is about 6 years old, as the bottom can be adjusted in two settings. With a newborn baby, you set the base to the highest setting and when your child starts standing up you can lowest the base in one position. When your child is about 2 years old, you take off the mesh sides and your child can dream on in a nice toddler bed!
The dresser has 4 spacious drawers so plenty of room for all nappies, clothes and care products. You also open the drawers easily via a push-to-open system. Ideal if you have your hands full and need to grab something. We have also designed a matching changing table topper that you can order separately, which allows you to change your baby lengthwise and create more work surface.
