A cosy sleep environment starts with the right mattress. This «Aero» TENCEL™ Lyocell mattress, measuring 70x140 cm, is perfect as a toddler bed mattress or a convertible bed mattress, providing the right support as your child grows. The core, made from recycled foam, ensures even weight distribution and a comfortable sleeping position. The mattress can be used on both sides, making it easy to flip over to extend its lifespan. Thanks to the breathable mesh layer and small air channels in the foam, air circulates freely, helping to regulate heat and moisture.

Beyond comfort, this eco mattress is also a responsible and sustainable choice. The cover is made from biodegradable TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres, which feel softer than cotton, offer better breathability, and efficiently absorb moisture. This helps keep your child dry and comfortable throughout the night. The removable cover is machine washable at 60 degrees, ensuring bacteria and dust mites are effectively removed. The different layers of this breathable mattress are bonded using Oeko-Tex certified water-based glue, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly finish.     Which mattress is best for my child?

    That depends on your child’s needs and your preferences as parents. The «Nova» mattress offers firm support and a reliable structure – ideal if you're looking for a comfortable and practical base. Does your child have sensitive skin or allergies? Then the «Pura», made with natural latex, is a great step up: soft, resilient and naturally hypoallergenic.     Are the mattresses suitable for children with allergies?
    Yes. All our mattresses are designed with hygiene and sensitive health in mind. Each one comes with a removable cover that can be washed at 60°C – the ideal temperature to eliminate bacteria and dust mites. The «Pura» mattress goes one step further: with its natural latex core and silver thread in the cover, it’s naturally resistant to mould, bacteria and allergens. A healthy, safe sleep environment for your little one.
    How do I best care for the mattress?
    A good mattress can last for years if properly cared for. Use a breathable mattress protector to shield against spills, moisture and little accidents. Let the mattress air regularly by removing the bedding for a while, and wash the cover at 60°C to keep everything fresh and hygienic.

    Can I return a product?

    At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 30 days for a refund.

    We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

    Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
    We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

    INFORMATION ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER

    Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

    As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

    DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

    As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the track a parcel page. We deliver from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The precise delivery times may differ and depend on the size of the parcel and the delivery address.

    BANK HOLIDAYS

    Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

    PO BOXES

    We cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

    MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

    If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel, you can track the parcel online or give DHL a call on 02476 937 770 If a card has been left, the card and notification will direct you to dhlparcel.co.uk where using the track a parcel function will give you the options available.
    If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist further with this.

    WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE

    On the morning of the delivery, a 1 hour delivery window will be provided by DHL. DHL will send you a notification. If you do not receive a notification, we may not have the correct information, you can then view the delivery window by going to our track a parcel page and entering your shipment number and delivery postcode.
