Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

This fantastic bundle includes a toddler bed and a 10 cm comfortable toddler mattress. The bed is designed with the perfect height and size for toddlers. A standard bed measuring 90 x 200 cm is often far too large for little ones who have just outgrown their cot. With its 70 x 140 cm lying surface, the toddler bed «Plume» offers the perfect solution. It provides ample space for your child and, thanks to the side rails, offers added safety. Another advantage is that toddlers can easily climb out of bed without assistance.
The versatility of the «Plume» toddler bed shines through as the side rails can be mounted on either side, allowing you to position the bed anywhere in the bedroom - against the left or right wall or freestanding in the room. Once your child no longer needs the side rails, they can be effortlessly removed.

WARNING
- The size of the mattress must be exactly equal to the internal dimensions of the bed (70 x 140 cm).
- In no position of the mattress should there be a gap greater than 30 mm between the outer edges of the mattress and the inner edges of the toddler bed.
- Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To prevent the risk of serious injury, the distance between the bed and the wall must always be less than 65 mm or more than 230 mm.
- This is not a cot bed. It cannot be used for babies or very small infants. This toddler bed should only be used for children that have passed the ‘cot bed stage’, meaning they should be able to get in and out of the toddler bed by themselves.
- All supplied assembly fittings should always be tightened properly. The fittings should be checked regularly and retightened as necessary.
