Your order will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. This 2-piece children's room radiates simplicity and durability. The material is of high quality and will last for many years. Both the bed and the desk have a solid construction and are made of sturdy sheet material. The mattress height of the bed can be adjusted to two heights. So the bed grows a bit with you from child to teenager.
The furniture is part of the complete "Junior" series. With the single bed and the teen desk, you have the most important elements in the room. The 2-part Junior kid's room can be expanded with other furniture in the same style and colour as the bed and desk in this series.
The kid's room can be used for children from the age of 6. At that age, they need their own 'workplace'. The furniture meets all European safety requirements. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, you have a 12-month guarantee.
The 2-part kid's room Junior consists of:
A single bed of 200 x 90 centimetres, finished in white lacquer and provided with a headboard. The Junior single bed is a sturdy bed that will last well into the teenage years. The teen bed comes with a slatted base and the mattress can be adjusted to two heights..
A sturdy children's desk in which solid sheet material has been used to make the construction as solid as possible. The teenage desk is super-practical because it has several drawers. There is one large one under the worktop and the drawer unit has two large, deep drawers. The desk is white with wooden accents and has a simple design that fits into any interior.
