Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page.
Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

BANK HOLIDAYS

Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.

PO BOXES

Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.

MISSED AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY / FAILED DELIVERY OF PARCEL

If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466.
If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.

Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

Can I return a product?

At Petite Amelie, we want to make our customers and their little ones happy. If you are not satisfied with a product, the good news is that we can always help! For all your purchases with Petite Amelie, you can return items within 14 days for a refund.

We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) are unused, and in their original packaging with no parts missing.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us.
We will not accept any product returns if the item has been assembled.

Beautifully finished baby cot in the standard size 120x60cm. This baby cot is available in off white and soft grey colour. The cot can be used until your baby is around 2 years old. Then it's time for a toddler bed.

The slatted base can be adjusted to three different heights. After birth you put it in the highest position and as your baby grows and starts to turn and climb you move it down.

Cot «ÉTOILE» has been manufactured according to the European standard. This means that it is safe to use until your child is approximately 2 years old.

About the assembly

Baby bed Étoile is delivered unassembled. Fortunately, this piece of furniture comes with a handy assembly system that has been thought through. Each step in the assembly instructions is separately packed in a bag. This way it stays clear and you immediately have the right parts at hand.

Furthermore, all parts in the box have a sticker with a number on it. This way, you can easily recognise the parts and you won't accidentally mix them up.

Assembly tip: An Allen key is supplied with the parts. However, the use of an electric screwdriver considerably shortens the assembly time.
