Due to situations caused by force majeure, the specified standard delivery times can be extended by a few days without notice.
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day. If the products you ordered are out of stock, you will see the scheduled shipment date for your order + delivery time at checkout.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a track & trace link by e-mail. Via the link you can track your item using the Parcel Force track & trace page. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Bank holidays are non working / non-business days, so a next day delivery booked on the Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, will be delivered on the Tuesday.
Parcel Force obtains electronic signatures, because of this, we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
If you cannot find an attempted delivery card from your driver but think they have tried to deliver your parcel then enter your tracking number on our track & trace page or call our helpline on 03448 004466. If you do not have the tracking number, then please contact Petite Amélie directly to assist with this.
Please note: Parcel Force currently cannot give specific times for deliveries. Parcel Force will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.
If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.

Note: If you are not completely sure about your purchase ..don't immediately throw away the packaging and packaging materials, instead open the packages carefully and keep them until you are completely satisfied with the product. If you wish to return the product, it will have to be packed the same way in which it was delivered so that it does not incur any damage when it is returned to us. This cot bed offers functionality and high quality at a competitive price. The cot is an innovative product in which your child can enjoy sleeping comfortably for the first years of their life. A complete solution that will last your child until they are four years old!
Step I - Cot (0-6 months)The cot starts life as a spacious bed with bars on both sides. The base is set to the highest setting to help prevent parents from having to bend over so much when lifting their little one in and out of the cot.
Step II - Cot with low base (6 - 24 months)Adjust the base to the lowest setting as soon as your child starts crawling or pulling themselves up to standing.. This will help prevent them from climbing over the edge of the cot.
Step III - Toddler bed (2 to 4 years)Once your child turns two it’s time for the real thing: a toddler bed. Remove the sides and lower the headboard and footboard and suddenly you have a junior bed that will last your child until the age of 4.
